Each detached modern chalet-style Villa sits on a generous 900sqm plot with a spacious private garden, driveway with parking for up to 3 cars and a private garage. An entrance to the side leads guests into the hallway of the spacious private villa which comprises of 185sqm accommodation over two floors, ideal for groups between 8 -10 people.

The ground floor comprises of a spacious and well lit open plan living room ideal for a relaxed and informal atmosphere with family and friends. The stylish and contemporary living area features a corner sofa and two separate sofas, a large Sat TV with English, German and Hungarian channels, a stereo system for playing CDs and DVDs and French doors which open out onto the beautiful and sunny child-friendly garden.

A modern and fully fitted American-style kitchen also features in the open plan living room and features a central island with bar stools and electric ceramic hobs, with over head extractor hood. A sink, fridge and separate freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, cooking appliances, cutlery and crockery are also provided for your self-catering stay.

The dining area which sits up to 8 guests is ideally situated, with views through the French doors of the large private terrace and garden. Outside the sunny private terrace offers ‘al-fresco’ dining for 6 guests and chairs may be used to increase the seating capacity if desired.

The ground floor also features a private Indoor heated swimming pool measuring 4m x 6m with a private whirlpool bath and sauna. A convenient heated shower also features in the pool room and there is also convenient access through French doors out into the garden. To the first floor the spacious sleeping accommodation features four tastefully decorated twin bedrooms, for up to 8 guests. Additional camp beds can be used to accommodate an additional 2 guests if required.

The entrance to the side, leads guests into the hallway of the private 4 bed villa which comprises of 122sqm accommodation over two floors, ideal for groups between 4 -10 people.

 

The ground floor features a spacious and well lit open plan living room which offers a relaxed and informal atmosphere for family and friends. The stylish and contemporary living area features two-three sofas, 2 wicker chairs and a Sat TV which offers English, German and Hungarian channels.

Guests arriving with small children are very welcome in Baby Friendly Villas!

Villapark Aquatica is an ideal holiday village for babies & young children, meeting the practical & recreational needs of all young ages.

 

The holiday village is visited by lots of families, so the needs of children are always an important aspect of their service and programs.
During special weekends and high-season, entertainers host the organised child activities.

 

The rates and basic equipment in the baby friendly Villas are the same as the Comfort and Aqua Plus villas, but they are especially designed for families with small children. During special weekends and in the high-season, children and adult programs are organized by trained entertainers. You can choose from tournaments, watergames, sport races, kid’s house, gastronomy and music events, disco, excursions and sight-seeing.

If you require a babysitter, all you have to do is ask at Reception!

 

In the Main building you will find the Aquarena with more than 300 m² watersurface (27-28˚C), with special effects, jacuzzi (32˚C), paddling pool (32˚C), and a waterslide for children. The use of the Aquarena is free but can be limited to 1.5hrs.

 

Once a week in the Aquarena swimming pool once, there is free baby swimming with professional assistance. You must sign up before 2pm, the day before.

If the weather is nice, enjoy the outdoor pool (20-24˚C), 2 giant waterslides with separate pool, and a paddling pool for children (28˚C) which is available to all holiday guests. Guests can only use the swimming pools during opening hours.

 

The area in and around the park is suitable for cycling. Bikes for adults and children can be rented at Reception where you can also pick up suggested bike routes so that you can make the most of exploring the surrounding area & countryside.
